By enrolling as a student or utilizing any services offered by Gladiator Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals participating in the programs, events, and activities provided by Gladiator Academy. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling or engaging in any services.

1. General Enrollment and Admission Policy Gladiator Academy is committed to providing quality education and mentorship to all students, regardless of their background. Gladiator Academy admits students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the academy. Gladiator Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship programs, or any other academy-administered programs.

2. Tuition Payment Requirements Upon enrollment in any of Gladiator Academy’s programs, students (or their legal guardians) are required to pay the applicable tuition fees. Tuition must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of registration, which will be clearly outlined on the student’s invoice or agreement. Gladiator Academy reserves the right to:

• Set tuition payment schedules, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.
• Offer payment plans or financial aid based on eligibility.
• Charge late fees for payments not received by the due date as outlined in the payment agreement.
• Failure to meet payment requirements may result in suspension of services until payment is made in full.

3. Liberty University Online Academy Partnership Gladiator Academy is proud to partner with Liberty University Online Academy to provide students with access to high-quality educational resources. This partnership allows students to take advantage of an accredited online platform that enhances their academic experience.
By enrolling, students and their guardians acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Access to Student Portal: Gladiator Academy staff and faculty may have access to the student portal to assist with academic tracking, progress monitoring, and academic advisement. This access is intended solely for educational purposes and will be conducted with respect for the student’s privacy.
• Integration with Liberty University Online Academy: Students enrolled in eligible programs may participate in courses and activities provided through Liberty University Online Academy. These courses will be integrated into the student’s overall academic program at Gladiator Academy.

4. Use of Academy Facilities and Online Platforms By enrolling in Gladiator Academy, students agree to abide by the following guidelines:

• Respect for Facilities: All students must use the academy’s physical and digital facilities (including but not limited to classrooms, workout areas, and online platforms) with respect. Any damage or misuse may result in fees or suspension of access.
• Code of Conduct: Students are expected to demonstrate good behavior, sportsmanship, and respect for staff, faculty, and peers. Disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion.
• Access to Online Platforms: Students will be provided access to online learning platforms, including but not limited to Liberty University Online Academy’s portal. Students must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and use the platform for educational purposes only.

5. Privacy and Data Security Gladiator Academy values the privacy of its students and is committed to protecting personal information. The academy will collect and store personal data, such as names, contact details, and academic records, for the purpose of providing educational services. All personal data will be handled according to applicable data protection laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability Gladiator Academy strives to provide the highest level of educational and fitness development services. However, Gladiator Academy is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by students or their families during participation in the academy’s programs or activities.

• Medical Disclaimer: Gladiator Academy recommends that all students undergo a medical evaluation before participating in physical activities. Gladiator Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during any academy program.
• Liability Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gladiator Academy disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any academy program.

7. Modification of Terms and Conditions Gladiator Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students through email or posted notifications on the academy’s official website. It is the responsibility of the student or guardian to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Gladiator Academy is located. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

9. Return of Issued Equipment As the parent, or responsible party of the student (indicated by information on submitted application) deems that party responsible to return all equipment issued to student back to Gladiator Academy. Any failure to return equipment within 10 days will require the responsible party to reimburse Gladiator Academy the fair market value of said equipment. 

10. Permission to use Photograph the submission of any application for student admission gives the right to Gladiator Academy to use the photo, likeness, image of admitted student. If this is a security issue PLEASE inform our staff during the application process. Gladiator Academy is indemnified from any damages by sharing the same in marketing materials, training materials, etc. 

By enrolling in Gladiator Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to abide by them throughout your participation in our programs and activities.
