STEP 1
Interest Call
The enrollment process begins with an initial phone call where prospective students or their families can express interest in joining Gladiator Academy. During this call, a staff member will provide a brief overview of the academy, answer any questions, and explain the next steps. The goal is to ensure the academy is a potential match for the student’s academic and extracurricular needs.
STEP 2
Site Visit
After the initial phone call, families are invited to visit Gladiator Academy’s facilities. During this tour, they can explore classrooms, common areas, fitness space, and other parts of the academy. This visit provides an opportunity to ask questions about the facilities, environment, and programs offered. This is a key step in determining whether the physical environment meets the family’s expectations.
STEP 3
Initial Interview
After the site visit, families will meet with an admissions counselor or a member of the academic staff for an initial interview. This allows the academy to learn more about the student’s academic background, goals, and interests, while also allowing the family to ask in-depth questions. During this meeting, the family will be given an information packet that outlines the academy’s mission, programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.

Process and Review
After receiving the information packet, families will have time to carefully consider if Gladiator Academy aligns with their expectations and the student’s needs. This period allows families to reflect on their visit, review the provided materials, and discuss whether the academy is the right fit. The academy will remain available for any follow-up questions or additional clarifications during this time.
STEP 5
Final Interview and Application Submission
Once the family has decided to proceed, a final interview will be scheduled. This meeting may include a second tour of the facilities and a deeper discussion about the student’s academic plans, goals, and specific interests. Following this, the family will receive a link to fill out the enrollment application and any final details needed to complete the process. Along with the application an initial payment must be given based on the agreed billing method. At this point, if all parties agree that Gladiator Academy is the right fit, the student can officially enroll and begin preparing for the start of the academic year.

The Journey begins
And now the equipping of your Gladiator starts. Daily, he will have tasks to accomplish and we will keep you abreast of how he progresses. This will foster the united front most of our young men need to be successful. Any challenges you may have you are free to reach out and let us know. These challenges if we are aware of them, will help our team understand the mental or emotional blocks he may be having and can help him process through it.
